Welcome to Los Apus Hotel & Mirador, a name synonymous with great hospitality and service for the past 10 years

Cusco is the most historically significant place in South America; it was then the capital of the Incas.  From here you will be able to visit such fantastic Inca’s archeological sites as Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo, Pisac, Maras, Moray, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Or Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pukara and Tambo Machay at an almost walking distance from the Hotel. Also, heading south, you will discover Piquillacta, Tipon, Andahuaylillas and Raqchi.

Dating from the 17th century, the Hotel & Mirador Los Apus is a former Colonial-Indian residence which has been completely restored and equipped with a unique central heating system for your best comfort. Our facade foundation wall is attributed by the National Institute of Culture to a Pre-Incan culture. To step inside is to experience the fusion of both Spaniard (the colonial patio and its stone and wood columns) and Inca (ceramics, a ceremonial tomin, carved stones and four pre-inca walls) worlds.

We are nestled in the foothills of the unspoiled historical site of San Blas, located just three blocks away from the Plaza de Armas of Cuzco, its restaurants and souvenir shops. During the Inca time, this was an area of terraces used for cultivation and plants growing. You will still find four of those Inca terraces inside the hotel.

Here, as a cherished guest, you will be invited to experience Latin American hospitality combined with Swiss professionalism, and savour the superb cuisine of Cuzco at the Patio Restaurant or at the Mirador Restaurant & Bar’s terrace, located on the roof floor, from where you will enjoy unforgettable panoramic view of the city, especially at the sunset.
